Enduro, My Adrenaline Addiction

Enduro, My Adrenaline Addiction

Its time for my Adrenaline Addiction and this week its all about Enduro racing!! This high speed, off road wilderness challenge is a test like no other and today I’m going to show you why…

The aim is to record the fastest time around a course of rivers, rock faced mountains, thorny thickets of bushland and wildness to emerge victorious. There is no road or sanity to this race, it’s just you and your bike verses the wild.

I competed what I can honestly say was one of the most challenging experiences of my life with two other female riders; Tayaini Erikkson and Ambica Shah. We were the first female participants to ever take on an Enduro race in Kenya.

So for all of you bikers that are up for a challenge, I challenge you to take on an Enduro race. The adrenaline, fatigue and intensity of the race make it a test like no other. If you’re not a biker it’s a great spectator sport with lots of drinking and partying on the sidelines so come and check it out.
